Residency Qualifications

Prospective residents must:

  • Have been a resident of Santa Barbara County for the previous two years

  • Be at least 62 years of age

  • Be able to live independently

  • Provide financial documentation

  • Meet Santa Barbara County's low income limit

    Most residents receive Social Security and SSI payments.  Rents are based on a percentage of each resident's monthly income.
